Returns & Exchanges
1. How can I return?
- Send an email to Bylycoris.firstname.lastname@example.org to get in contact with our customer support staff. Please specify which item(s) you would like to return and why.
- Pack the item(s) in its original packaging, then firmly seal the package.
- Deliver your package to the your local post office.
- As soon as we get your package and in accordance with our return policies, we will arrange an exchange or credit your account.
2. Return Conditions
- Check out the item for 30 days to see if it's a perfect fit for you. If not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
- The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged—① Items on clearance, ②Silk underwear, ③Customized items
- Returned items must include the original packaging and be in brand-new condition. Any item that has been used, damaged, washed, or otherwise altered is not acceptable for return.
- Items return by you directly without first consulting us are not accepted by us.
- We do not accept packages that have been sent back through a C.O.D. service. The cost of return postage is not refundable.
3. Method of Refund:
Your original payment method would be used for any refunds. In other words, if you paid with a credit card, we would refund to that card.
4. Fautly Product
Within five business days of receiving your order, if you have a quality issue, you can get in touch with our customer service staff, and we'll help you with the return and refund procedures.
Up until we receive them, the buyer is responsible for returning products. Please make sure they are properly packed to prevent any damage during transportation.
Be sure that you have proof of shipping in case you need to contact us regarding your return because the package is still your responsibility until it arrives. Any things that are unintentionally returned to us are not our responsibility. If we are able to track down the things and you want them sent back to you, we could require payment for delivery.
Any taxes or duties charged by the customs border agency cannot be refunded.
