CHANGE ADDRESS OR WRONG ADDRESS
It is the buyer's duty to ensure that the shipping address is entered accurately. If a package is returned to us because of an erroneous or undeliverable address, we are not liable. As soon as you place your order, email us at services@silksilky.com if you wish to modify your shipping address.
Any reshipping due to an incorrect address will be paid by the customer.
Please accept the delivery if your box is damaged upon arrival and get in touch with Bylycoris Support team. Then, we can arrange everything for you. You will be liable for all shipping fees if you reject your order without our consent.
Please get in touch with Bylycoris if your package loses tracking for longer than 5 days while on route to its destination.
